About Us

We originally purchased the Miners Shack back in 2007 to enjoy Kimberley with our own family. After renovating the home in 2010 we started renting out to guests.   A few years later we had the opportunity to buy the house next door and we jumped at the chance to expand our capacity to entertain larger groups.  This was an even bigger reno than the first keeping us busy for several years with the new home launching in June, 2019. In 2015 the City of Kimberley invested in the refurbishment of Mark Creek through the downtown core.  We are very fortunate to have two creek front properties with beautiful views of one of Kimberley’s many timber frame bridges.

We have been coming to Kimberley for more than 25 years and love the four season, recreational outdoor lifestyle that the area has to offer. We are lucky to be able to continue to explore this ever changing eclectic mountain town from a home base that is located right in the heart of it all. We are happy to be able to share this amazing town and area with others!
